What are your store hours?

Cero is currently open for pickup appointments only. We will announce regular store hours soon. Pickup appointments are available Wednesday-Friday 1pm-5pm, and Saturday-Sunday 9am-11am, and 1pm-3pm.

Where is Cero located?

Our address is at 228 S Tucson Blvd, Tucson, AZ, 85716. Located on Tucson Blvd just South of Broadway Blvd. Note: We recommend avoiding Broadway Blvd if you are able. Alternate routes include 6th St, 22nd, St, Speedway to connect with Tucson Blvd.

When can I expect my local delivery?

We deliver every Saturday between 6 and 8pm. Orders must be placed 24 hours in advance for same-week Saturday delivery.

What is your refund policy?

Refunds are evaluated on a case by case basis. Please contact us with product questions and replacement/refund requests. We always refund shipping if we did not ship the product, i.e. you contact us and change to a pick up order instead, we will promptly refund your shipping.

 

How do I contact Cero?

How do I shop the online store?

Browse the online shop and add items to your cart. When ready to check out, click the shopping bag in the menu bar to take you to your cart. Click checkout, and fill out all checkout information as prompted.


How does your local pickup work?

After checkout, you’ll receive a link in your confirmation email to schedule pickup. The scheduler will contain additional details. Arrive within your pickup window, call/text us to let us know you’re here, unlock a door or pop your trunk for us, and we’ll bring your order right out. Bicycle and walking pickups are great, too!

Where does Cero deliver?

Cero offers bicycle delivery to zipcodes 85701, 85716, 85719 and delivery to zipcodes 85701, 85705, 85711, 85716, 85718, 85719. Each week, we'll plan a delivery route for efficient and timely delivery. 

Where does Cero ship?

Cero ships with USPS across the Unites States.

How do I sell my products at Cero?

We are always accepting vendor applications on our page here. Products must be vegan and cruelty-free.

What payment methods do you accept?

The online store accepts most major credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, American Express, JCB, Discover, Diners Club, Union Pay, Google Pay, Apple Pay. In person, we also accept good ol’ cash. Contact us if you need an invoice.

When will your retail store be open?

Our opening date is soon to be announced. We are taking things slow given COVID19 and feel we can most safely serve you through the online store for now.
